I believe that the ability to grow is one that all humans naturally possess but that we need help to bravely enact the changes we desire. Our experience of life is shaped by the way we process the world. It can help to restructure our thinking and our responses using awareness and compassion for ourselves and others. We can change. We are whole - not broken. Sometimes, we need help remembering this.
